What configuration changes are required in the PBX?

In most cases none

A benefit of the Voice Router is that there is little or no configuration changes are necessary in the existing PBX. This is because the Voice Router sits between the PBX and the PSTN trunks and intelligently routes voice calls between the PBX, PSTN and Voice VPN.
