What is the voice quality like?

If the Voice VPN is implemented and managed correctly then users should not be able to hear any difference

VoIP can reduce voice quality and so it is recommended that all Voice VPN traffic is carried as EF-Class 1 over an IP-VPN.

Voice call quality is obviously important in almost all companies so an integrated voice quality monitoring and reporting solution would be highly recommended.
