Do I need to add additional trunks to the PBX?

No, one of the unique benefits of the Voice Router is that there is no requirement to add additional PBX trunks

Unlike many VOIP and SIP Trunking services which require new BRI or PRI trunks to be added to the PBX. This adds to the cost and increases the Return on Investment (RoI) time and is often ignored in the sales presentation!

Of course, the Voice Router can use new or dedicated PBX trunks if required.
